This page explains how the Dossio website (this site) handles personal information. The Dossio application itself, and the data your firm keeps in it, are governed by your customer agreement.
What we collect
- Demo form: we receive the name, firm, email, phone number and message you enter. This information reaches us by email, through Resend (a provider located in the United States), and is only used to reply to you.
- Analytics: we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts page views without cookies and without identifying visitors.
- We use no advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share any personal information.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up, then deleted on request or after a reasonable period.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge below; we reply within thirty days.
